Description

Unfortunately, the conditions (nighttime, handheld semi-long exposure, manual focus, time constraint) didn't allow me to take the shot nearly as well as I would have liked, so I have had to compensate by processing this... a bit more than I would like. Even one of my compositional lines is slightly off...
